Used Charity Cab twice - drop off to SFO from San Ramon, and also pickup from airport. Both drivers Keith and Joseph, were on time, friendly, committed and great service. Both times spoke with Rhett for reservations, he was quick, curtious, ensured we got the type of vehicle requested and followed through. Our return international flight was delayed, Joseph patiently waited for more than an hour and picked us within 5 minutes when we were out. Overall Excellent service!!!

I hardly write reviews for anything, unless I am really impressed with the service, so I am writing a review about my experience with Charity Cab, because it truly is nothing like your typical cab ride. Charity Cab is a reliable, affordable and friendly car service..which is a breath of fresh air because these are rare characteristics for cab companies in the area. The owner of the company, Rhett, also drives for his company. He has picked me up for airport rides several times and is always on time (which is great because Im usually running late!) His cars are clean, which is also a rarity with cab companies, and the best part is that they donate a part of your fare to charity each time you ride with them (hence the name haha). I highly recommend Charity Cab to anyone, whether you are taking a ride down town, to the city or to the airport.
